What SignalsLab is for
SignalsLab began as a place to keep the methods, notes and tools that kept getting rebuilt from scratch more of a working record rather than a portfolio. It has grown into a research and knowledge initiative around a single idea: that the brain is most tractable when treated as a source of signals, whether those arrive as an MRI volume, a spoken sentence, or a spike train.
The material here spans MRI and NMR physics, neuroimaging analysis, speech and behavioural signals, statistics for psychology and psychiatry, and the growing role of language models in medicine. Where a tool is useful to others, it is published openly. It is a work in progress, and will continue to grow with resources as the lab's work grows.
Current position
Scientist-C, Speech Health Lab, Department of Psychiatry, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Doctoral training was completed in the Department of NMR at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
